Japan AirAsia

AirAsia Japan (DJ/WAJ) was a Japanese low-cost carrier based in Nagoya. It was the second iteration launched by Malaysia’s AirAsia and Japanese investors. In October 2020, the airline ceased operations due to low passenger demand caused by COVID-19. I was lucky enough to catch its fleet of three A320-200s it operated when I was in Nagoya.
